Why do we sit Exams?
The syllabus for each grade or level in any form of dance is developed to help dancers progress in technique while maintaining safe levels of strength and flexibility to avoid injuries. Exams and assessments motivate and encourage students to keep working through a systematic measurement of their progress and achievements. The syllabus companies work hard to provide appropriate material for each level, taking into account age, comprehension capabilities, attention spans, motor skills and coordination.
By achieving our next set of goals (Exams) we boost self-confidence and self esteem! So important for all kids of all ages!
What happens on exam day?
Exam days are so much FUN! From getting your hair done, working with friends and putting yourself to the test - dancers and teachers alike love the day.

Does my child have to sit exams?
Exams are not compulsory, however we do highly recommend students to sit exams as it is great experience, as well as a challenge.
And most of all, they are FUN!
What do I do with my child's hair on exam day?
Exam day is made super easy for our parents!
All we need to do is bring your child hair ties, hair brush, bun/bobby pins, buns nets and hairspray.
Where do I find all the exam information?
All you need to know for exams will be on the app and also emailed out. This includes mock exams as well.
On the exam timetable there is an arrival time as well as an exam time. All of this is done to make sure it is fun and stress free day.
