At Dance 24 Seven, we know how much our dancers love to move, and how important it is to keep that passion alive, even during the summer holidays!

That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Accelerate, our brand new summer programme designed to help dancers stay strong, confident, and ready to shine when classes resume.

What first got us thinking about starting Accelerate this year was conversations with studio families about how much we all love being at our ‘home away from home’. We realised that with the term finishing early in December, we had the opportunity to create another term just for our dancers.

We know how busy kids are at the moment, and by getting ahead on APDA and RAD exam work for 2026, we hope that our dancers will feel even more prepared for their next exam, especially those dancers who also do soccer, touch, netball etc during the winter. If these kids can do an extra summer term, then they should be able to manage both winter sports and dance exams!

As parents ourselves, we know how long the summer holidays can feel (guilty!) and love having a space for our kids to burn their extra energy off in a safe, family-friendly, and familiar place. It’s also a win to have the kids occupied for a few hours to get certain pre-Christmas jobs ticked off. So with all of this in mind, we decided to create this extra term this summer. Let’s go!

What Is Accelerate?

Accelerate is a fun and focused extra term of dance created especially for our dancers who want to get a head start on exam work, stay active, and keep the fun going. It’s a fantastic opportunity for students to work with different teachers, get started on their 2026 exam work, and continue developing their technique, all while having a great time with their friends.
