Asia Pacific Dance Association's Urban Ignite syllabus is based on a variety of foundation styles, Breaking, Locking and Popping, Wacking and Krump to name a few. Dancers are taught the basic steps of each style, building on each year to learn the correct techniques.

Students work towards sitting a mid-year exam and then work on an item for our show in terms 3 and 4. Competition work is offered in crews, solos, duos and trios. Entry is through invitation or audition processes.
