Our teachers in training are an important part of our company. Senior students train for three years under our experienced team, from assisting with classes right through to leading lessons. Each step of our programme is designed to shape teachers who reflect our studio values. 

Young Guns - 1st year
Teaching Assistants - 2nd year
Interns - 3rd year

Young Guns and Teaching Assistants work with our directors to train in dance pedagogy and spend time in the classroom.

Once dancers have achieved as Young Guns and Teaching Assistants, they can apply to be an Intern, which allows them to have a supervised class of their own.

We are very proud of this programme. It has allowed many of our dancers to move into employment and share their passion for dance with the next generation.
